Trip Includes

- The tour fees for our guides. Our tour guides are well educated, caring, and professional. Most of them have their PhDs in Church history, archeology, philosophy, languages, or Theology.
- Luggage handling. Please pack light, one piece of luggage and one carry-on.
- Dress casually throughout the whole trip. Shoulders and knees should be covered when visiting basilicas or churches.
- If you are traveling alone and you allow us to find you a roommate, you don't pay the single supplement. If you wish to have your own room and you are not open to rooming with another passenger, then the single supplement fee is $1,400.
- Wheelchair can be provided for those passengers who cannot walk, with prior notice at registration for $150. A traveling companion has to push the wheelchair throughout the trip.
- NOTE: If you wish to deepen your knowledge of the Catholic Faith as a preparation for this pilgrimage, we recommend the following book as it is faithful to the teachings of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church (Imprimatur by ARCHBISHOP FELIPE AGUIRRE FRANCO): The Catholic Faith in Easy Terms. - At the time of registration, as a part of the total balance, a non-refundable $500 deposit is due in the form of a credit card. For example, if your trip costs $3,700, when you sign up, you pay a $500 deposit, then your balance would be $3,200. Final balance is due 4 months before departure date.
- One month after registration, a $1,000 additional deposit is due only in the form of cash, personal check, cashiers check, or money order.
- If you sign up after the final payment due date or at the last minute, you pay the entire cost of the trip at registration only in the form of cash, personal check, cashiers check, or money order.

Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Departure from USA. Your meals will be served on board.
Day 2: Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your tour guide and/or driver. Visit the Chapel of our Lady of All Nations, one of the Virgin Mary’s apparition sites where Our Lady appeared to Ida Peerdeman. Proceed to the site of the Eucharistic Miracle where, in 1345, as a result of a man's illness, a Sacred Host was found preserved in his house. Dinner and overnight in Amsterdam.
Day 3: Tour of Amsterdam: Enjoy this seventeenth century city with its canals and squares. Visit the Royal Place, Vrijheidsbeeld, the Flower Markets, Opera House, City Hall and Begijnenhof, the Zaanse Schanns, a unique piece of Dutch history on the river Zaan. Take a look were clogs are made, the cheese factory, and the various windmills. Dinner and overnight in Amsterdam.
Day 4: After breakfast we will depart for Utrecht. Visit Katherine’s Convent Museum (Catharijne convent) located in former hospice of the Order of St. John, telling the history of Christianity in the Netherlands. Then off to Ghent, Belgium, home to the famous painting, "Adoration of the Mystic Lamb" painted by Jan and Hubert Van Eyck in 1432, and is currently housed in Ghent's, St. Bavo Cathedral. Continue to Bruges and visit The Zeebrugge port of Bruges which is an important center for European trade. Dinner and overnight in Bruges.
Day 5: Visit the Church of Our Lady from the Middle Ages hosting the marble statue, Madonna and her Child sculpted by Michelangelo, the Holy Savior's Cathedral, Bruges Cathedral and the Basilica of the Holy Blood. This Basilica also holds a venerated relic of Jesus Christ that was collected by Joseph of Arimathea and brought from Jerusalem. Modeled on the Church of the Holy Suplechre, it has a replica of the Christ’s tomb. Dinner and overnight in Bruges.
Day 6: Travel to Beaurin. We will make a stop in Dinant, a charming town located below steep limestone rocks. Visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Beauraing, also known as, the Virgin of the Golden Heart where, in 1932, the Blessed Mother appeared to a group of young children thirty-three times. Continue on to Banneux - Notre Dame, also known as, the Belgian Lourdes. Visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Banneux where in 1933, the Blessed Mother appeared to twelve-year-old Mariette Boco as the "Virgin of the Poor". Dinner and overnight in Aachen.
Day 7: Visit the Aachen Cathedral, a Gothic Marian Shrine. The Church is the oldest of Germany containing Jesus' swaddling clothes, the Lord's loin cloth, the Blessed Virgin's Cloak and, the cloth used for St. John the Baptist's head. Depart for Cologne that was originally founded by the Romans in 50 A.D. When this city received relics of the Three Magi in 1194, it gained importance as a pilgrimage center. Tour of the Gothic Cathedral, "the Kolner Dom" that houses the relics. Enjoy the rich history of this city that became in the Middle Ages one of the major trade routes between Eastern and Western Europe. Dinner and overnight in Aachen.
Day 8: Drive to Trier, the oldest city in Germany. It is situated in the Mosel wine region, and was founded before the year 16 B.C. Visit The Porta Nigra, the Roman amphitheater and baths were places of relaxation for the ancient monks. Tour of the Trier Cathedral, home to the Holy Robe that Our Lord Jesus Christ wore during the Crucifixion. Lastly, visit the Liebfrauenkirche, located near the burial site of the Saint who replaced Judas Iscariot, St. Matthias. Dinner and overnight in Heidelberg.
Day 9: Tour of Heidelberg: Visit the Old Town, Heidelberg Castle, the marketplace with the Town Hall, and the Church of the Holy Spirit. Enjoy the Old Bridge to the other banks of river. Proceed to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, a beautiful quaint medieval town. Dinner and overnight in Heidelberg.
Day 10: Depart for Neuhausen am Rheinfall for a boat trip to see the Rhine Falls. Visit the Benedictine monastery of Muri, one of the most significant cultural monuments in the Canton of Aargau. Celebrate Mass at Muri Monastery. Continue to Lucerne for dinner and overnight.
Day 11: Tour of Lucerne. Enjoy the view of Mt. Pilatus and Rigi in the Swiss Alps. Visit the wooden Chapel Bridge and a scenic ride along Lake Lucerne and Lake Zug to Einsiedeln. Visit the Benedictine Monastery of Einsiedeln dedicated to Our Lady of the Hermits. Dinner and overnight in Lucerne.
Day 12: Fly back home.
Please note: We do our best to ensure that all sites listed in this itinerary will be seen. However, due to scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control, sites may be visited on a different day than listed. If this happens it will also necessitate a change in the restaurant for dinner. However, we will never sacrifice the quality of the meal, all restaurants will meet Pro Catholic Tour's very high standards. Since we have several different trip configurations touring at the same time, it is likely that groups on different tours will be combined when their itineraries overlap in certain areas.
