Trip Itinerary ~ 12 Days

Day 1: Departure from the USA.

Day 2: Arrive in Malta. Tour of the city of Valletta by bus. Dinner and overnight in Valletta.

Day 3: Visit St. John's Co-Cathedral of the 16th century and the Grandmaster Palace. Enjoy the Barrakka Gardens. Visit the Island of Vittoriosa. Dinner and overnight in Valletta.

Day 4: Visit the Marian sanctuary on the island of Gozo and Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Mosta and the catacombs in Rabat. Tour of St. Elmo, the Grand Harbor. Spend your afternoon strolling on the Republic Street. Dinner and overnight in Valletta.

Day 5: Fly to Palermo and tour of Palermo by bus. On the way to Cefalù, visit Monreale, known for its Cathedral, blending the Byzantine, Arab, Jewish, Gothic, and Norman art together. Dinner and overnight in Cefalù.

Day 6: Tour of Cefalù, one of the most beautiful city of Italy with its stunning World Heritage Norman cathedral, gorgeous beach and quaint streets. It is visited by hundreds of thousands of tourists every year. Dinner and overnight in Cefalù.

Day 7: Travel to Catania, Sicily. Some sights to enjoy are the Piazza Duomo ~ Elephant Fountain, The Cathedral with the Chapel of Sant'Agata containing the saint's treasures. Choose to walk the famous Via Crociferi where you can see some wonderful examples of 18th century Baroque buildings: Jesuits' Church, Church of San Giuliani and the Benedictine Monastery, and walk on the Via Etnea, an elegant street lined with Baroque-style buildings and shops that crosses the city from Piazza Duomo to Piazza Stesicoro where you can see the Vincenzo Bellini Monument, the imposing Roman Amphitheater, and the Church of Sant'Agata alla Fornace. Dinner and overnight in Catania, Sicily.

Day 8: Visit the incredible city of Taormina: it is considered by many the most beautiful city of Italy. Proceed to see the famous volcano of Mount Etna. Dinner and overnight in Catania.

Day 9: Fly to Casablanca, Morocco. tour the city by bus. Dinner and overnight in Casablanca.

Day 10: Tour of the entire city of Casablanca. Visit the church of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Hassan II Mosque, United Nations Square, Quartier Habous, Square of Mohammed V, and the old city of Casablanca. Dinner and overnight in Casablanca.

Day 11: Tour of Marrakech. Tour of the city by bus. Visit Bahia Palace, Medina of Marrakech, Le Jardin Secret and the old town of Marrakech. Dinner and overnight in Casablanca.

Day 12: Fly home.

  • Luggage handling. Please pack light, one piece of luggage and one carry-on.
  • Dress casually throughout the whole trip. Shoulders and knees should be covered when visiting Basilicas or churches.
  • If you are traveling alone and you allow us to find you a roommate, you don't pay the $900 single supplement. If you wish to have your own room and you are not open to rooming with another passenger, then the single supplement fee is $900.
  • Wheelchair can be provided for those passengers who cannot walk, with prior notice at registration for $150. A traveling companion has to push the wheelchair throughout the trip.
  • At the time of registration, as a part of the total balance, a non-refundable $500 ($500 hotel and airfare deposit) is due in the form of a credit card. For example, if your trip costs $3,700, when you sign up, you pay a $500 deposit, then your balance would be $3,200 and is due 4 months before departure date. If you sign up after the final payment due date or at the last minute, you pay the entire cost of the trip at registration.
