Trip Includes

  • A Catholic priest will be with the group to celebrate Mass. Daily Mass is available.
  • Round-trip airfare from your hometown connecting in a major city to fly overseas is included. If your city has a direct flight to your destination, we will guarantee a direct flight as long as it is available.
  • Airport Taxes, Security Fees, and Fuel Surcharges!
  • Exclusively 4 or 5 star hotels in downtown areas.
  • All breakfasts and all dinners. Wine is included with all dinners.
  • Transportation with luxury bus.
  • All entrance fees to all the sites.
  • All tips to everyone involved in the tour.
  • The tour fees for our guides. Our tour guides are well educated, caring, and professional. Most of them have their PhD's in Church history, archeology, philosophy, languages, or Theology.
  • Luggage handling. Please pack light, one piece of luggage and one carry-on.
  • If you are traveling alone and you allow us to find you a roommate, you don't have to pay the $900 single supplement. If you wish to have your own room and you are not open to the idea of rooming with another passenger, then $900 is what you pay for single supplement fee.
  • Dress casually all throughout the trip. Shoulders and knees should be covered when visiting Basilicas or churches.
  • Wheelchair can be provided for those passengers who cannot walk, with prior notice at registration for $150. A traveling companion has to push the wheelchair throughout the trip.
  • NOTE: If you wish to deepen your knowledge of the Catholic Faith as a preparation for this pilgrimage, we recommend the following book as it is faithful to the teachings of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church (Imprimatur by ARCHBISHOP FELIPE AGUIRRE FRANCO): The Catholic Faith in Easy Terms. Introduction, Nihil Obstat, and Imprimatur by Archbishop Felipe Aguirre Franco.
  • At the time of registration, as a part of the total balance, a non-refundable $500 is due in the form of a credit card. For example, if your trip costs $3,700, when you sign up, you pay a $500 deposit, then your balance would be $3,200 and is due 4 months before departure date in the form of cash, personal check, cashiers check, or money order. If you sign up after the final payment due date or at the last minute, you pay the entire cost of the trip at registration.
  • 1 month after registration, a $1,000 additional deposit is due only in the form of cash, personal check, cashiers check, or money order.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1: We depart our home airport and connect with our overnight flight to Nice, complimentary dinner and breakfast, on board.

Day 2: We arrive to Nice. Enjoy a tour of the city of Nice on bus. Walk on the Premenade des Anglais. Time permitting feel free to swim in the Mediterranean Sea. Dinner and overnight in Nice.

Day 3: Depart to Maximum de Baume to see the relics of Mary Magdalane. The cave in the Mountains of La Sainte Baume is where Saint Mary Magdalene took refuge during the last years of her life. Today, it is a sanctuary sheltering some Relics. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes.

Day 4: Lourdes for the whole day. Mass in Lourdes. This pilgrimage was designed for those who would like to spend more time in Lourdes, to pray and reflect. You will have time to pray with your fellow pilgrims and pilgrims from around the world, to attend Mass at the Grotto, watch a video presentation telling the story of Lourdes, and walk in the footsteps of St. Bernadette. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes.

Day 5: Drive to Bordeaux. Visit Bordeaux Cathedral, La Ciudad del Vino, and Place de la Bourse. Enjoy a wine tasting. Dinner and overnight in Bordeaux.

Day 6: Drive to Tours and enjoy a tour of the city by bus. Visit the Basilica of St. Martin de Tours, spend some time to pray, and get to know the life of St. Martin. Dinner and overnight in the area of Mont-St. Michel.

Day 7: Visit Mont-St. Michel, an island off the Normandy coast.Dinner and overnight in Lisieux.

Day 8: We leave for the second most visited pilgrimage site in France, the home of the Little Flower of Jesus, St. Therese, Doctor of the Church. An inspiration of her “little way,” we begin at Les Buissonnets (the Lisieux family home), then proceed to the Basilica, the Carmelite Convent Chapel, the reliquary of St. Therese, and the statue of the Virgin Mary that smiled at St. Therese. Mass is in Lisieux and overnight in Paris.

Day 9: Tour of Paris. Visit the Chapel of our Lady of the Miraculous Medal at 140 Rue du Bac where St. Catherine Laboure received apparitions of the Blessed Mother and the request for a medal to be made. We celebrate Mass, visit the tomb of St. Catherine Laboure with a stop at the gift shop and around the corner the repose of St. Louise de Marilac and the shrine of St. Vincent de Paul We make our way along the Champs Elysses, see the Eiffel Tower, the classic sites of the Hotel des Invalides and Arc de Triomphe before checking into our hotel. Following dinner, we will join Father Bob on an evening walk. Overnight in Paris.

Day 10: We depart for an outside walk at the most famous cathedral in the world devoted to the Blessed Mother, Notre Dame. Repairs from the 2019 fire are still being made to the inside. Staying on the Ile de la Cite, we tour the royal chapel of Louis IX, Sainte Chapell, one of the most beautiful churches with its extraordinary stained glass windows. We continue to the Basilica of St. Denis where the namesake of St. Louis, Missouri, Louis IX, is buried. Mass at St. Denis and enjoy a dinner cruise on the Seine River. Overnight in Paris.

Day 11: Fly home.

Please note: We do our best to ensure that all sites listed in this itinerary will be seen. However, due to scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control, sites may be visited on a different day than listed. If this happens it will also necessitate a change in the restaurant for dinner. However, we will never sacrifice the quality of the meal, all restaurants will meet Pro Catholic Tour's very high standards. Since we have several different trip configurations touring at the same time, it is likely that groups on different tours will be combined when their itineraries overlap in certain areas.
