If you are traveling internationally:
In order to register and reserve your place on the tour, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required per passenger.
An additional $1,000 airfare deposit per passenger is also required at registration. A non-refundable payment of $1,500.00,
plus the Single Supplement if chosen, must be received within 7 days of registration in order to keep your place on the trip. The remaining trip balance must be received 120 days prior to your departure date.
Last-minute registrations, after the final payment due date, are accepted with full payment received within 24 hours of registration
(or by Monday if registering on a weekend).
If you are traveling domestically:
The required deposit/payment on the trip is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance (if any) is due 120 days prior to departure. Please see the specific details on your trip for the payment amount required at registration.
